In the 1940's a medical doctor named Arnold Kegel developed a series of exercises for women with urinary problems and women who had poor muscle tone in their vaginas. These sequences were actually adapted from sexual exercises practiced in India for thousands of years. Sex-The Feldenkrais Way - Subliminal Version adds powerful subliminal suggestions buried under the peaceful sounds of ocean waves throughout each entire Lesson. Each Lesson averages 15 minutes. The subliminals repeat about every 15 seconds, so the powerful messages are heard at least 60 times during a Lesson.
Hypnotherapy is most powerful when the suggestions are made available to the conscious and subconscious mind. And so before each lesson we have included at full volume the suggestions that are repeated over and over again under  the ocean waves.
Track 2 on this CD is a demo track that proves that the subliminals are really there, acoustically buried underneath the ocean waves. These suggestions are so perfectly integrated into the Lesson that only by subtracting the masking sounds can it be demonstrated that the subliminals are actually present.
Listen carefully with stereo headphones, you will hear the suggestions popping in and out of the masking ocean waves as they are abruptly subtracted from program. By turning up the volume when the ocean waves are absent, it is quite easy to discern the subliminal messages.
